All payments will be converted to Euros.

We send by post, except in the case of larger items which may go by courier.

We will email you when the order has been sent.

Post & Packaging includes insurance on items over €50.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 7 working days for a refund, exchange or replacement.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the goods back from you.

Please post goods back to Road Books, Garravagh, Inniscarra, County Cork, Ireland.

We would appreciate if you would post goods back to us in their original packaging and ensure that goods are returned to us safely and in their original condition.

We do not bear the cost for return post and packaging unless the goods received by you are in error, or the goods received by you are damaged on delivery. If the goods received by you are damaged in any way, please email us with a description of the damage before you return the goods to us. If the goods received by you are via courier, please inspect the goods in the presence of the courier and return them with the courier if you are not satisfied.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. Items cannot be refunded unless we receive them.

Your rights to return goods are covered by the EU Distance Selling Directive.
